The mandate we offer our owners and investors for all types of properties, old and new, includes:

  • The search for tenants and their rigorous selection following an in-depth review of their application, particularly in terms of solvency.
  • The inventory of fixtures, drafting of the lease, and modification of various subscriptions if the rental is on a yearly basis.
  • Verification and updating of mandatory diagnostics to be provided to the tenant.
  • Verification of Multi-risk insurance subscription and its mandatory annual renewals.
  • Payment of charges to the property management company for buildings and land taxes.
  • Breakdown of recoverable charges and annual adjustments.
  • Annual calculation of the household waste tax (charged to the tenant).
  • Resolution of any potential issues related to the rental (claims, water damage, etc.)
  • Subscription to rent guarantee insurance. Even in the event of unpaid rent, your rental income will continue to reach you with no limit on amount or duration. Likewise, legal costs and damages caused by the tenant will be covered.
  • Taking into account annual increases in line with the applicable index.
